Project Description

-The new Juvenile Home will replace the   
existing facility on the same site, located at
1424 Gull Road
 
-The existing Juvenile Home will be
demolished following completion of the
new building

-The existing Circuit Court Family
Division building will remain to share the
site with the new Juvenile Home

-86,000 +/- square feet

-Secure residential detention housing (64 beds
with the capability of expanding to 80 beds in the
future), education, and treatment services
 
-Day treatment for adjudicated youth living at
home
 
-Alternative education services for non-residents
 
-Recreation for residents

-Assembly space accessible to both detained   
youth and the invited public
